PH33B TERMS & CONDITIONS — RULES GOVERNING USE OF PH33B.CAM

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ph33b" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to ph33b.cam and the legal entity operating the ph33b online gaming platform, including all associated services, software, games, and content.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph33b platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on ph33b, through which gaming activities, financial transactions, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's ph33b account at any given time, comprising real money and/or bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of each promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of real-money play required before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process ph33b conducts to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on ph33b.cam.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of ph33b is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using ph33b complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. ph33b makes no representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a ph33b account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your registration information should any changes occur. ph33b reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to register and maintain a maximum of one (1) ph33b account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

3. ACCOUNT RULES

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33b login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ph33b staff will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your ph33b account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and funds deposited or withdrawn — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally or by a third party with or without your authorization. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph33b support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph33b reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and/or verification of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph33b may result in account restriction or closure and may delay withdrawal processing.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph33b reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Real-money balances in dormant accounts are not forfeited and remain accessible upon reactivation subject to KYC completion.

4. DEPOSITS

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph33b accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online banking, Instapay/PESONet bank transfers, and USDT cryptocurrency via TRC-20 network. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to the Player's ph33b account balance instantly or within minutes of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases involving bank transfer or system processing delays, deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours. ph33b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank system outages, or incorrect payment details provided by the Player.

4.3 Currency

ph33b operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. ph33b reserves the right to apply exchange rate margins consistent with industry norms. Cryptocurrency conversion rates are displayed transparently before confirmation.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds on ph33b, you confirm that the funds being deposited originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. ph33b complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where the source of funds is unclear or unusual transaction patterns are identified.

5. WITHDRAWALS

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account has passed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully met; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount has been reached; and (d) no pending investigations or account restrictions are in effect.

5.2 Processing Times

ph33b targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. ph33b makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet these target times but does not guarantee them in all circumstances.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For anti-fraud and AML compliance purposes, ph33b applies a return-to-source policy where practicable: withdrawals are returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, withdrawal via an alternate verified method will be arranged subject to additional KYC verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

ph33b reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are published in the Player's account banking section and may be adjusted at ph33b's discretion with reasonable advance notice to Players.

6. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by ph33b are subject to specific individual terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game lists, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. Each promotion's specific terms are published on the promotion page at the time of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified per promotion. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count and may result in bonus forfeiture at ph33b's discretion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph33b monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, using arbitrage strategies, exploiting software errors, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements, and using automated or bot-assisted play. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and account suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 ph33b's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

ph33b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where possible, ph33b will provide reasonable advance notice of changes to ongoing promotions. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

7. GAME RULES & FAIRNESS

7.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All ph33b games utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any Player or by ph33b. 7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software failure, ph33b reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, ph33b reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount from the Player's account balance. ph33b will not be liable for losses or disruptions caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Disputed Game Results

If a Player disputes a game outcome, they must contact ph33b support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. ph33b will investigate using server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes. The Player's device display is not accepted as evidence of game outcome in dispute resolution.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are expressly prohibited on ph33b and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal referral where appropriate:

• Accessing or using ph33b if under 21 years of age or from a prohibited jurisdiction
• Creating more than one account per individual
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Using ph33b for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other Players in any game, particularly live dealer or poker formats
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains are void and recoverable by ph33b
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward ph33b staff or other Players
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages ph33b systems or infrastructure
• Attempting to access ph33b accounts belonging to other Players
• Allowing third parties to use your ph33b account, including transferring funds between accounts

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

No content from ph33b may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ph33b. The ph33b name, brand identity, and logo are proprietary marks of the ph33b platform and may not be used in any context without express written authorization.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph33b's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with use of the ph33b platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph33b shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) gambling losses, which are inherent to gaming activity and accepted by the Player upon registration; (d) interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks; or (e) the conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or software vendors.

Nothing in this clause limits ph33b's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

ph33b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, ph33b will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to registered Players' email addresses on file, a platform notification upon login, or a prominent notice on ph33b.cam. Continued use of ph33b following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to cease using ph33b and request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always available at ph33b.cam/terms-conditions.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ph33b's internal dispute resolution process.

Players must submit any formal complaint to ph33b customer support in writing within thirty (30) days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. ph33b will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and issue a final decision within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving the written complaint. If a Player remains unsatisfied with ph33b's final decision, they retain the right to pursue applicable remedies under Philippine law.
